Its great to finally have a place to go where you can trust the service, it is done right and at a fair price. I have been using Fallston Service center for over six years now and have always had my vehicles fixed without issue. I am a new customer. I have a 2008 Toyota Rav4 that had been running very rough for several months. I had taken it to a well-known dealer in the Baltimore area four times with no results - not even a diagnosis. I walked into Fallston Service Center without an appointment. They were willing to test-drive it immediately, said they could work it in to check and see what they thought might be the problem, discovered the problem and offered to fix it (and gave me a quote), and then made the repair - all on the same day. They repaired what the dealership could not even find and charged significantly less than the average online estimate said it would cost. My Rav4 runs like new now (first time in over a year). I don't expect them to be able to work me in every time, but they are definitely my new mechanics. THANK YOU Fallston Service Center!

My family has lived in Harford County for 35 years and have had our vehicles cared for by Jack and Glenn the entire time. They are masters at their trade, very fair and do quality work with no nonsense. I've made the mistake of taking my vehicle to others on few occasions and quickly realized why no matter what, my vehicle needs to go to Jack and Glen. A good example of their honesty would be the time I had a check engine light on, and after my own troubleshooting thought I had an expensive repair on my hands. I told them that and expected the worst. They left a message saying it was ready to pick up and when I got there Jack said it was just a bad gas cap and $5 later I was on my way. That's integrity.
