I am a new customer. I have a 2008 Toyota Rav4 that had been running very rough for several months. I had taken it to a well-known dealer in the Baltimore area four times with no results - not even a diagnosis. I walked into Fallston Service Center without an appointment. They were willing to test-drive it immediately, said they could work it in to check and see what they thought might be the problem, discovered the problem and offered to fix it (and gave me a quote), and then made the repair - all on the same day. They repaired what the dealership could not even find and charged significantly less than the average online estimate said it would cost. My Rav4 runs like new now (first time in over a year).
